This energizing smoothie gives the perfect kick to get you out of bed in the morning. It is packed with Vitamin C and other amazing nutrients and will be a total game changer.
This is what you’ll need:
- 1 cup of mixed berries – frozen or fresh
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1/3 banana
- 1/2 lemon
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it up with some water.
